GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION:

  • Our special event will be held on Friday, Nov. 5, 2021 (For VIP exclusive pre-party) - Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021.
  • Doors will open Friday for our VIP guests at 5:00 PM CST.
  • Doors will open for all guests Saturday at 9:00 AM CST.
  • All guests will be permitted to leave and re-enter the grounds with a single ticket. (Photo and stamp may be required)
  • Many events will be going on in addition to music. 
  • It is best to purchase your tickets online to avoid delays at the gate. Tickets will be available for purchase at the gate as well.
  • The event will be held rain or shine.


EVENTS OF THE DAY: (Included with GA ticket)

  • Over 25 performances throughout the day.
  • King of The Mountain rib cookoff. Meat inspection at 11:00 AM. Smokers fire up at noon. Judging begins at 5:30 PM. Trophies and cash prizes for winners.
  • King of The Mountain Chili cookoff. Contestants must bring a crockpot (at least one gallon). Registration at noon. Trophies and cash prizes for winners.
  • King of The Mountain Truck and Jeep show. Will being at 10:00 AM and judging begins at 3:00 PM. Over 20 Classes. Trophies and cash prizes for winners. $500 Best In Show.
  • King of The Mountain Bully Show. $500 STACK-OFF Opens at 10:00 AM and show beings 3:00 PM.


TICKET PRICING & INFORMATION:

  • This event is for adults 18+.  Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Weir Mountain. 
  • VIP passes will grant you exclusive access to the Friday night pre-party.
  • Regular (GA) tickets will grant you access ONLY to the Saturday event. 


DISCLAIMER

  • NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL will be permitted on the mountain. We have a full-service bar to fulfill all your needs onsite.
  • We reserve the right to inspect any coolers or vehicles. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse service to anyone.

Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available. Ticketmaster cannot guarantee seating for any event that is sold as General Admission (GA).

In signing this release, I (we) understand the intent thereof, and I (we) hereby agree and will absolve and hold harmless Weir Mountain, corporate sponsors, cooperating organizations, and any other parties connected with this event in any way singularly or collectively, from and against any blame and liability, misadventure, harm, loss, inconvenience, damage or death hereby suffered or sustained as a result of participating in Weir Mountain Country Music Fest, or any other activity associated herewith, I (we) also hereby consent to and permit emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness. I (we) also give full permission for use of my (our) name and photograph or video in connection with this event.


RULES FOR THE MOUNTAIN

  1. Have fun & love life
  2. No Glass Bottles
  3. All food, drinks, and alcohol on the Mountain must be purchased on-premises. 
  4. No Illegal drugs/substances, weapons, fireworks, or Nitrous Tanks are allowed on resort property
  5. No unauthorized vending permitted
  6. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited
  7. No bicycles on the festival grounds.
  8. Respect the environment. Please use trash and recycling containers.
  9. Park only in designated areas. 
  10. Please be prepared for a bag search at the main ticket gate.
  11. Listen to and be respectful.
